Technique Advantage

1.    Theoretical Analysis and Simulated Testing Ensures Insulation Reliability

From initial 2D electric field simulations and 3D electric field measurements to impact characteristic measurements, we conduct theoretical analysis and simulated tests on the main insulation, longitudinal insulation, end insulation, lead insulation, and the ability of the coil to withstand lightning impulse voltage throughout the transformer’s lifecycle.


2.    Calculating and Reducing Stray Losses from Leakage Magnetic Fields

We calculate and measure the transformer's leakage magnetic fields, study the shielding structures for these fields, and analyze the transformer’s dynamic and thermal stability. This research helps enhance the transformer’s dynamic and thermal stability.


3.    Precise Analysis of Coil Temperature Fields

We collaborate with renowned domestic universities to develop a program to calculate coil temperature fields. By analyzing the distribution of coil losses (including resistive losses, eddy current losses in different directions, and circulating current losses between parallel conductors) and the cooling conditions of the velocity field, we accurately determine the coils' temperature distribution and hotspot temperature rise. This enables us to take measures to effectively control the hotspot temperature rise, which impacts the transformer’s lifespan.


4.    Reduced Partial Discharge Charge Levels

Numerical analysis of the electric field intensity in various transformer parts is conducted during the design phase. We also strictly control manufacturing quality, processing operations, and technical rationality to manage and reduce partial discharge levels effectively.


Rectifier Transformer for Hydrogen Power Supply

1. Multi-pulse output can meet the needs of secondary side equipment for stable DC power supply

2. The transformer adopts wide linear flux voltage regulation technology to ensure that the linear adjustment of the secondary output voltage is achieved when the input voltage remains unchanged, meeting the needs of the equipment for voltage change

3. The input winding adopts a completely symmetrical parallel structure with load (or no excitation) switch synchronous adjustment mode to avoid the generation of circulating current. The two sets of output windings use different connection groups (d\y), which can eliminate the influence of high-order harmonics and multiple power grids, achieve consistent phase angle differences, and stabilize the DC waveform after multi-pulse rectification.


Excitation rectifier transformer

Rated capacity 315~3000x3kVA, voltage levels are 10, 13.8, 15.75, 20, 22kv, usually single-phase structure, high-voltage off-phase closed busbar incoming line, high-voltage coils with shielding. Suitable for static excitation systems of hydropower plants and thermal power plants.


General rectifier transformer

Rated capacity 315~4000Kva, voltage levels are 10, 35kV. Suitable for rectifier systems of general industrial and mining enterprises.


H-bridge rectifier transformer

Rated capacity 315~2500kVA, voltage levels are 3, 6kV, each unit has 3~9 windings per phase, two units can be combined and connected into H-bridge rectifier by shifting the phase. Suitable for motor AC-AC variable frequency power supply system.
