KY-YB-35(10)/6(0.4) Mining Mobile Substation is divided into two basic types: mine vehicle type and mine sled type. Mine vehicle substation is a combination of high voltage switch cabinet, transformer cabinet, medium and low voltageswitch cabinet and special transport truck, it can be towed, transported and moved by ordinary trucks, it can supply power for all kinds of mining equipment and has strong mobility. The mine sled type substation is a complete set of box type substation devices assembled on the sled shaped, speciallystrengthened steel site, which is placed on the flat ground of the mine power supply site, it does not need to set up foundation for power supply, and is transferred by tractor when necessary, which is suitable for open-pitmining and mobile power supply in remote areas.
Usage Condition
1. Ambient temperature -25 °C - + 40 °C
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters
3. Relative humidity does not exceed 95% (+ 25 °C), it is allowed to reach 100% in a short time
4. It is installed in a place without fire, explosion, chemical corrosion and severe vibration
5. Special use conditions can be determined through negotiation with our company
Product Structure
This series of mine mobile substation is generally composed of high voltage switch cabinet (including electricenergy metering), transformer cabinet, medium and low voltage switch cabinet, etc. it can be equipped with DC power supply panel and relay protection cabinet according to needs. These parts can be made into integral form orcomponent form.
The enclosure is welded into a frame by section steel (channel steel and angle steel), and covered with aluminumalloy plate (composite sandwich plate, zinc steel plate and stainless steel plate). The top cover of the enclosure is a double-layer hollow structure, and the top surface is made into a slope shape to prevent water accumulation.All enclosures are coated.
The substation adopts the combination of natural ventilation and forced ventilation, and uses air conditioningand anti condensation device to control temperature and humidity. All functional units and channels are equipped with lighting devices for easy operation and maintenance.
HV Cabinet
The high-voltage switch of this series of mine mobile substation mainly includes: high-voltage load switch, fusecombination, vacuum circuit breaker, vacuum load switch and SF6 circuit breaker, etc., which are equipped into fixed switch cabinet or movable switch cabinet.
Transformer Cabinet
The transformer can be oil immersed power transformer, fully sealed oil immersed power transformer, on-load voltageregulating power transformer and various types of dry-type power transformer. When equipped with 35kV oil immersed power transformer, the capacity is generally not more than 2000 KVA, and when equipped with 35kV dry-type powertransformer, the capacity is generally not more than 1600 KVA (6kV). 10kV disconnector, load fuse combination apparatus, vacuum circuit breaker and SF6 load switch can be used in the medium voltage switch room of 10kV boxtransformer to assemble into fixed cabinet or JYN, KYN type handcart cabinet, and 10kV capacitor compensation device can be configured.
Low Voltage Cabinet Configuration
In the 0.4kV low voltage cabinet of 35/0.4kV direct transform substation, all kinds of knife fuse switch, universal circuit breaker, mouldedcase circuit breaker, intelligent circuit breaker, AC contactor, vacuum contactor and fuse are often used to form fixed switch cabinet or draw out switch cabinet. Of course, the complete set of switches are widely used. Thebasic series are: GGD type low voltage cabinet, GCK type, GCS type, MNS type draw out switch cabinet and capacitor compensation cabinet.
The relay protection cabinet of 35kV substation can be equipped with DC panel, converter panel, traditional relay panel, microcomputerprotection panel, simulation panel, communication panel and substation microcomputer integrated automation system, which are mainly configured according to the requirements of users.
