YBF series Wind Farm Step-up Substation is a special equipment forgrid connected output after raising the 0.6-0.69kv voltage sent by wind power generator to 10kV or 35kV. Its appearance adapts to the trend of building wind farms nationwide, and it is an excellent supporting product of wind power generation system. The transformer,load switch and high-voltage fuse pipe are installed in the substation, and the insulating liquid of the transformer is used as the insulating medium of the whole product. Product structure features
1、 The substation is composed of high-voltage room, transformer room, cable room and low-voltage room, which are arranged in the shape of an object or a product；
2、 The substation is equipped with enough natural vent and thermal insulation measures. When the ambient temperature is close to 40 ℃, forced ventilation shall be started to ensurethe normal operation of the step-up transformer；
3、 The structural framework of the box body is welded with section steel, and the built-in hinge is welded with the section steel, so as to ensure the strength of the box body andthe door, and meet the use requirements in the strong wind environment of the wind farm；
4、 The frame of the substation body is sprayed with zinc after hot spraying, which has strong resistance to salt spray, damp heat, mould and outdoor weather；
5、 The top cover is a double-layer structure, which can prevent rainwater from entering and prevent heat radiation from increasing indoor temperature；
6、 Set up a separate cable room to facilitate user wiring；
7、 The upper and lower fractures of the load switch are equipped with insulating diaphragms to ensure maintenance safety；
